Park Slope Town House

Project Description

This coursework reconstructs the built Park Slope Townhouse project using Revit, focusing on digital replication of its architectural logic and technical detailing. Based on the original design by Resolution: 4 Architecture (2020), the exercise provided a hands-on understanding of residential BIM workflows.

The modeling process included wall assemblies, structural systems, façade components, and stair sections, aiming to capture both the spatial articulation and construction rationale. By interpreting a realized project, the work tested the limits of Revit as a representational and coordination tool.

Ultimately, this coursework served as a technical deep-dive into BIM practice, reinforcing precision in design communication and enhancing fluency in digital modeling across scales.
